|
|Check your local delivery transport in your mail server. Your imap server
|wont do this normally.
I am confused here!
I have a imap server running at 143. I connect to this sever through
netscape messenger (again to imap port 143) . The netscape fetches the full
$home directory as folder. Where doe the Local delivery transport comes in
to picture. The docs I read that this is default behavior of the imap. But
no where it is mentioned, how to change it.

|
|Have you configured it properly? Very likely, postfix is delivering to
|/var/mail and qpopper is trying to look in /var/spool/mail
Yes corrected it. Now postfix+qpopper are fine. But I am more interested in
imap.
|
|> 3. In postfix even if i put myhostname=home, the mail goes to
|> <user>@home.home
|
If my hostname -f =home , then postfix make it home.home but if it is
home.com then its OK.
|take a look at the rest of the postfix config file (and the FAQs) plz :)

|
|All these are pretty good. As for qpopper download qpopper 4 (the latest
|one). Previous ones have quite a few bugs.
