This is the reply I got from the Web Host : ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Our SMTP Server will allow only if Mail-From Address is [EMAIL PROTECTED] and if it is a blank Mail-From Address, our server will not relay. If we allow, blank Mail-From, anyone can use our servers to relay emails, which will result in our servers getting blocked by Spamcop.org, mail-abuse.org Since they are using Linux as a Server, they should use the same machine as the SMTP Server, and this will solve their problem. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ He wants us to send mails directly rather than using www.dempos.com for relay. That too just because of those DSN mails. Sending mail directly will be too costly on dial-up.
