If you are asking why Redhat allows redistribution, you haven't understood
Free Software yet.

If you are asking why Redhat allows redistribution minus its copyrighted
material like logos, then I'd have thought the answer obvious.  What if
someone started selling backdoored Linux CDs calling it Redhat Linux with
Redhat's logos?
