Actually in staticky.com the relaying is allowed *only* for 127.0.0.1
i.e. 127.0.0.1:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""

I still have very strong *practical* objections to this. If this is OT
here maybe you would like to discuss this off-list or we can continue

Are you familar with qmail. Can I talk in qmail language?
