I am a programmer in Silicon Integrated System Inc. I am surveying
IR solution for out SiS 950 super IO chip. The chip is advitised to have
"Consumer IR" capability. I wonder how much effort it is needed to implement
an driver for it under linux.
I have experience in implementing network driver under linux, please
see sis900.c in recent kernel distrobution. We are willing to offer you a demo
board and related documents if you are interested in helping us to make to
driver.
