Can you make more explicit your point?  i.e., why and how do you 
intend to use rsync?  Have you ever tried rsinc with lkarmafs?

I've never tested rsinc with a lkarmafs-mounted file system and I 
fear some of the many advances features of rsync may break 
lkarmafs.  But, as I've said in a previous message, I plan to do 
some work on lkarmafs this summer and I could include trying to 
fix possible rsync-related bugs.
