No, that is not correct. You can get basic sounblaster emulation by using the 
loadlin/warm booting into linux from NT, but YOU WILL NOT be able to use the modem!

I'll believe that when I see it, IBM has not been very friendly to mwave developers, 
especially where alternate oses were concerned, ie anything other than win3.1 and 
win95/98. They've used NDA's and an expensive development kit (about US$500 last I 
heard)

I'd agree, but go further and say stay away from Mwave period! I own/have owned at 
least 
6 mwave cards, trust me you don't want to go there!
