Hi Jim

I got the url from someone on the list where all the back mesages were
kept, and searched for LExmark 1020 and a few messages came up. I
emailed the original guy who said that he could not get his to work, and
he mailed me back and said that it was a long time ago, and if he
remembers correctly it was HP500c compatible, or at least some of them
where but i should contact lexmark technical and they would be able to
tellme the seriel numbers of thos printers which are compatible. I got
the number for lexmark inkjet support and have been trying to phone them
for ages, but I can never get through, I am alwasy on hold, and as it is
a long distance number and during office hours it is costing me a
fortune, and after a while I have to give up becasue of my phone bill, I
am going to try mailing them, and hope they get back to me, but my past
attempts to contact firms regarding technical support has been 0% as
they never seem to reply, but fingers crossed! :)
