It depends on what you call customizable. If you're talking about just the
basic window manager (kwm), then you're right. As a stand alone window manager,
WindowMaker beats them all hands down. But KDE is much more than a window
manager. It's like comparing apples and oranges. I think that KDE is much more
customizable than WindowMaker, because there's more of it to customize.
Besides which, you can run KDE on top of WIndowMaker, so this whole discourse
is mindless blather.
