Thank you... See, the reason that I want to do this is because my ISP does
a two hour timeout or a three hour timeout... it depends on the time that
the Internet connection was made.  If I use a program that I can run and
determine the time it's been connected, I can tell if the connection was
made during the hour set for a two or three hour connection, and can
therefore determine if I have the time to download a file or if I should
bring the connection down, and then back up.  =)
