No Subject

After I did some updates, Netscape now won't respond unless I am
on-line.  The window comes up but is blank and has to be nuked if I try
to use it off-line.

Also, when I edit the preferences, I get a pop-up window with
several warnings complaining about the scrollbar page increment being
less than one.

Anyone else experienced this?  Anyone know how to fix this or what to
check?
