I don't know what mailer you are using Steve, but any RFC822
compliant mailer would not behave in this way. Check your own
headers, there is no reply-to information included, so the only
option for the mailer is to reply to the sender, in this case, you.
That said, I agree that replies should generally go to the list, but
understand and respect the reasoning of those that disagree. I
suspect that the people who are most bothered by the receipt of
duplicate messages are power users like yourself who can easily
filter their mail and eliminate the annoyance.
