Good news! 'Manufactures Settings' in the BIOS allowes you to alter bus speed!
'Mode 2' is 103MHz, AND:
Zen-Machine# [~] cat /proc/cpuinfo
processor : 0
cpu : 686
model : Celeron (Mendocino)
[snip]
bogomips : 514.46
1028.92 bogomips here I come....
Of course now that it's so easy to change the bus speed, it's time to melt
this cpu. 133x5? Yeah lets see if it boots.
