Why advertise other peoples dirt. All you need to say
is "Microsoft paid for this 'paper'" and provide the
relevant quote  "Mindcraft also provided evidence 
for Microsoft in the DoJ trial" and point them at the 
Novell refutal and the ZDnet benchmarks for Linux v NT
which say rather different things

The art of negative marketing is not to say "that is wrong"
but to show the reader why they should doubt the claims made
by others. It is very hard to make people doubt things by
telling them they are wrong. It is very easy to make people
doubt things by gently showing them the evidence that they
have been conned.
