Have you done any testing with full duty cycle and heavy disk IO?  Any lock 
ups?
We tend to use every single CPU cycle available, 24x7x52.  "Shipping" doesn't 
always mean "fully functioning," unfortunately.

How about this issue?  Have you seen/overcome the problem with the NightShade 
SSU tool not a) setting device IRQ's and b) disabling a specific device?
