It looks like the controller is showing up. Maybe an interrupt routing 
problem? I can only suggest that getting a really recent kernel could help 
(David did a lot of changes late in 2.4.19, and more in 2.4.20-pre), and 
checking you really have cardbus support properly set up in your machine.
