BIOS long support? What's that?

in my BIOS there is something about LONG support in IDE configuration, I just thought it might have something to do with the size of IDE HDD, no, but that's double stupid: 1) it is for IDE not USB 2) it was said here that linux doesnt use BIOS in that matter. But anyway, did you check your BIOS for USB settings?


well, pretty sad as the ASD chip is "Reported To Be Supported". Well I'm astonished noone so far ever considered making a shop with linux-TESTED hardware - I know of quite a few guys that would sure spend couple EUR there.

Im lucky my USB flash works just perfect.
