usb-storage (in 99-pre3) didn't seem to support this.
I have had the product manager at Casio tell me he will send me a
Camera SDK sometime in the next 2-3 weeks such that hopefully (with
some help) will get us a driver for this camera.
If
someone else is already working on a driver for this camera, I'd love
to hear from them.

I will drop a line to the list when the "Camera SDK" arrives or I have
further info.
