I have a supramax, kernel 2.4.0-test1, ppp-2.4.0b2, redhat 6.2 and wvdial
1.41.

and if you want I can send he boot log (with usb messages).

Using minicom I can talk to the modem and all that but when I connect to
the Internet using pppd all goes Ok but when it reaches connecting ppp to
serial interface I get a message saying theconnectin is not 8-bit clean
and the problem is the 7 bit is set to 0. Just look to this piece of log:

Looking at acm.c code I found out a lot of dbg() messages but using debug
kernel paramter and usb debug I didn't got any of the messages on the
acm.c file.

I hope you know anything about this. I tried stty to change com paramter
with no sucess.

PS: This same configuration worked for an internal modem with a normal
serial com port.
