Similar to httptunnel, but using the CONNECT method.

I've personally found it more stable than httptunnel (which uses more
conventional request types, it doesn't use CONNECT at all), and can handle
multiple connections. 

I ran httptunnel for some time, and I found my ssh sessions would
occasionally have issues, stalling and/or just stop working. I also
noticed it generated a large number of requests, which is less than ideal
if you're trying to keep a low profile.

However, httptunnel has a win32 port, bouncer doesn't.
