Re CLUG name change. I find the continuity of the CLUG acronym more important than a change for no reason. Thanks Carl for saying what there is to say. If there was a vote I'd vote against any name change. This group is pretty informal (we don't even have a committee) and just works, any name bla bla just creates confusion. As for the FSF, I refuse to bow to their propaganda of GNU/Linux. Look anywhere commercial and it's called Linux. My father/whoever don't care what it's called, they just want it to work, and Linux is just fine. If RMS doesn't want to eat that then that's his problem. I don't have time for political BS (getting usable application software is already time consuming enough). Besides, did anyone say what benefit there is from getting listed on 1 of 10,000 Linux websites? Anyone looking for us would use google anyway. I don't have anything against the discussion, but we should stop it about here and do nothing. My opinion anyway. :)
