DRI + Radeon 8500 resolved!!

Hi all,

I posted a little while ago about Radeon 8500 DRI. This morning I updated my CVS Xfree, installed, and yippee!! 1500 FPS on glxgears! Tuxracer works, and I'm about to try a few installations of my Windows games.

Thanks for all suggestions on the list. I guess I needed to be patient- and what better way than to lose your main hard disk for two weeks, and be forced to use a Windows computer until the (identical- I did a logic board swap to get data off) replacement arrived off Ebay.
