Perhaps, but look at this: "I am going to the church" emphasizes a particular church *building*, while "I am going to church" means attending some event there. If you "go shopping" you are shopping as you go, so, unless I am walking and eating (or, worse, driving and eating), I do not "go eating." Of course, all this is perfectly obvious -- which is why Perl syntax is so easy :) - -- Robert Black Eagle Criticizing another's religious beliefs demonstrates our own arrogance and not a love of truth. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.0 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE93lhptjSYKkYJrmcRAnhpAJ4j4kybw96drtDxm+huLC/U0ZUNNwCePq0H 9T5QL3ObHuSPJI/jyec+p3o= =3cID -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Linux-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] Unsubscribe/Suspend/Etc -> http://www.linux-sxs.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-users
