err .. clarification on this.

The /etc/init.d is a SYMLINK to /etc/rc.d/init.d.
Inside of /etc/rc.d ARE the directories of rc#.d, which
in turn is SYM linked to /etc/rc#.d,  respectively.

Ok, in each of the rc#.d directories, are the SYMLINKS to
the /etc/rc.d/init.d stuff, in each of the rc#.d, is the S and the
K scripts, which are identical in runlevel 2 - 5 ..
