It looks like simply doing a
cat sendmail.cf | sed 's/blackholes\.mail-abuse\.org/or\.orbl\.org/g' >
sendmail.cf~
mv sendmail.cf~ sendmail.cf
My system has already denied 2 messages based on the new lookup and allowed
over 200 messages to pass. So, it looks like it is working.
