Hello,
I'm a newbie too. I have my old 450 MHz, 486 computer just sitting in
my closet, doing nothing. I figure if I buy a disk drive and hook up a
monitor to it, I can put Linux on it. If I blow the drive, who cares,
I'll just start over. I'm still trying to get my mind around how to
actually install Linux (and which version to install) and which
interface to install. I figure if I can't get one to work, I'll wipe
the system and try another. I'm excited because its something new (to
me).
Steve
