I believe the latest Mint either has Wubi or has their own version.  
Maybe someone can either confirm this or correct it.

I did find, playing with both of them, that I liked Mint better, but I
can't really say this or that was a good thing--save of course, for the
fact that they include various codecs so one can play most multimedia
out of the box. 

By the way Roy, I ran across an article of yours--I think was mentioned
on Digg or something--and I liked it very much. Very well written.
