The biggest issue you *might* have is wireless. I'm still shaking my head over Ubuntu's decision to exclude the ath5k module, rather than give users a choice--I'm even sadder over Mint following suit, usually, they know better. However, I don't *think* the Dell machines use that card. I think they use a Broadcom.
