I haven't looked at it (it is at work with the machine now) but it appears
to be some kind of very old DOS program. If it was compiled using, for
example, one of the old Borland compilers then maybe there's a tool around
that will do an intelligent decomplile. I remember such things existed for
Turbo Pascal. I know this is illegal in some countries but I presume
there's plenty of people on this list who live in the free world.

This might help but perhaps you could tell me as well what is required to
get the romimage into FLASH. From what you say here we can't use software
methods until Intel's silly secrets are cracked. Is there anything more to
it than finding the PROM burner and getting to work?
