Ahh! so, where I should begin? or it's just matter of configuration? or maybe kernel pacthes / assemble part need done some work ?

No, your are wrong. LinuxBIOS itself can not be splited. You should do as:

linuxbios.strip ==> flash rom
LinuxKernel image ==> HDD
