No dates decided yet. It should be around last week feb to 1st/2nd week
march. Most likely Saturday/Sunday but I can ask the hod if week days are

You can check on the website. It won't be too big as it is all html/text.
There are also a few books in html format up there. If we really have to
cut down, we could just include the howtos and guides. Also guides for
different softwares.

Ya, I think if it is going to go on for a long time, we could maybe charge
15-25 Rs and have snacks or something in the middle. We could also
recover travel expenditure from this. We could then charge separately for
documentation only to those who want it. I think the department wants to
give out printed docs, but we can let them handle that on their own.
We'll make the CD's available.
