Some stuff I figured:
VSNL will accept any mail from anyhwere and forward it anywhere .... BUT
only if you are connected to VSNL's network (I mean your IP is recognized by
the Mailhost).
If you have a vsnl a/c you can send mail using bom[0-9] or even
mailhost[0-9][0-9].
if you dialed into say Mantra ... then try to send mail via bom1 ... it will
say relaying denied. etc etc.
(it will still accept mail destined for it .. I mean bom1 will still accept
mail with x@bom1 as destination address....)
