We have not configured DHCP for servers.Dynamic IPs which are given to
customers are from 203.187.196.* series.basically we are an ISP,providing
Broadband service.
my server's ip is 203.187.192.19.
so 203.187.192.* is allocated for servers only.and all server is having
static ips.most importantly we r using cisco's CNR.we dont have DHCP.

I have a compaq's desktop on which i have installed RHL7.2 and installed
apache,php,oracle with no difficulties.
But the same things i m installing on Compaq's DL320 server.Dont know what
is the reason i cud not installed php,oracle.
when i installed php it gave me assembler errors.then i updated all
gcc,glibc libraries i was done.but still oracle client is not installed.
once i rebooted that machine it started giving error that another host is
having IP address.again reinstall the machine.runs perfectly for 3-4 days.
but again machine get rebooted , gives same error.
thats y i m thinking that somewhere hardware compatibility issues come..
and more weired thing is that yesterday i gave 203.187.192.19 ip to
machine.worked fine.get rebooted 3-4 times.worked fine.
now today morning it was denying to accept this ip though machine is not
rebooted.it is up from tomorrow night.now i configured it with
203.187.192.30 ip.it is working fine.
now u suggest me what cud be the problem??
my server's configuration is: (Proliant DL320 server)
compaq NC3163 fast ethernet 100mbps nic
1.0 ghz cpu with 1 gb RAM.
