It is advised that when you send descriptions of IPs used for production 
systems or otherwise on a mailing list, only non-routable IP pools be used 
to describe your problems. Giving out real IPs acts as invitation to 
malicious crackers, specially when you have also provided various server 
versions. So be careful next time.

you mentioned in a previous mail that you use Cisco CNR. I 
gather from Cisco's website that CNR is a integrated DNS/DHCP service that 
allows policy based naming and ip services. Have you checked that there 
are no conflicts due this ? The best way to solve this problem will be to 
slowly eliminate each variable.
