I see your point and your motivation for voicing this opinion.  What I
do not understand from anyone is the desire to start another group
without hashing out the issues they have with the charter.  I have
voiced some of my concerns about the charter on IRC and in emails to a
few LUG members.  I have also not had time to get into this on the
list.  I do not see the point in sharing your dislike for changes
while at the same time bailing on the people in the LUG.

I think we should all hold off and talk about this before starting
Socallinux 2.0.  There is no reason to lose members.
