Unfortunately, too many people email every complaint they have about an ISP
to the postmaster address, making that address essentially useless for its
original and stated purpose, to talk about email issues with the person
responsible for the mail server.
I find that emailing the contact addresses given in the whois database to
be more useful, as well as calling or faxing the phone numbers listed.
For a good laugh, call the phone number listed for the technical contact
for Netscape. Listen to the whole message.
