Sorry for the delay in answering your reply, but
he just informed me, yesterday afternoon, that it was
his DSL connection, that is the 2-servers that link
the ISP numbers and the written web urls (example;
111.12.123.123.223 to the job at home.com sites.
Does the ping ticket also apply to this type of
set up?
