Hi Daniel,
I freelance out of my friends office. My friend
hosts several non-profits websites (no ecommerce). Two
weekends ago, the following happened, network
solu-tions is the company that your registar your url
dom-aine name with, that is the
numbers(111.12.123.123.223)
on one server. The other server has the www.xxxxx.com
counterpart, which is done with DSL conntection. Both
servers work off each other in essence.
In essence the registar (numbers server) crashed,
and theirfor the various websites (www server)
couldn't be accessed by the public.
Since the websites are down, due to the numbers
server crash, shouldn't network solutions have
forwarded an ping ticket to its clients, as well as if
the numbers servier stayed live, and the website
server crashed?
