Sounds like a great idea about having a meeting on Eclipse!
Have you looked at Perforce? (http://www.perforce.com) We use that in the office to support a team of 10-15 developers. Perhaps the best feature of it is that allows you to view a line-line comparison between either two different versions of files in the depot or between your version and somebody else's. Very helpful to use on a multi-developer project!
