So let's find a surrogate, and give him an office at ISI
and the staff.  He can also add new TLDs and we can have
a virtually free market in Internet labeling.

We can collectively save 20 million a year, eliminate the
GAC under the sheets, get rid of ICANN and its insanities,
and find other things to do with our lives.
