Chuck and all,
Under most circumstances I couldn't agree more. There are some
on both sides of the fence that find that some of the "Personalities"
are akin to a "Malosavich like" intranganence. When that occurs
or is perceived to exist extant, than WHO is espousing what
becomes relevant. I will say that in this instance some of this exists
on the side of ICANN, and makes any of their statements circumspect
to that degree....
