Also the one from Tiger I think you said you like only has pci-e x16 slot.
One thing I like to do when building a new system is try to buy a better MB
than the rest of the system with an eye to upgrading later. Like spend a
little extra on a core i7 board then buy the Lower end processor that said
board supports and also start with one decent video card with the idea of
going sli later.
