Webmin works for me - I set it up for Mike Rathburn about a year back. I
don't use webmin much, though, which is why I don't remember the
details.
For myself, I either use command-line tools or the "lbe" LDAP browser
Editor, which is a Java-based GUI tool. There's also a way to do LDAP
stuff in Eclipse, but I didn't find it all that wonderful.
BTW, slapcat is better for making backups than ldapsearch.
