Not a legal fact, that is a false statement. FYI, I have no legal authority over the JaxLUG. That came up when I was paying to revenue the domain name last month. After another dropped the ball for a third time. I was going to have to involve several others to prove legal ownership of the domain name. Just so I could get access to it. Luckily I was able to get the account information from another. Though I was in contact with the original owner, who was willing to help out. After which I made sure, I was not the only contact on the domain name. There are three contacts for the domain name, and of those two are legal owners. I am not one of those legal owners, which I could have made myself the owner. I consciously chose not to, since it was not discussed by the group, and its not mine. -- William L.
