Just in case you don't have the full history in front of you, this e-mail
thread started on 9/21/2011 and then got a couple more messages on 12/5/11.
Please be mindful of the date of the last e-mail. If you have a
clarification or question on an old e-mail thread, it is perfectly fine to
revive it (which will allow other readers to read back and get a refresher
on the entire thread) but be careful of the short responses that don't add
much to the conversation.
No harm, no foul, just be aware!
