We don’t really have any issue with our imaging. Normal driver issues when we started, but good to go for a while now. Just got our new laptop and desktops in (840 G3’s and EliteDesk 800 G1’s) and both seem to use UEFI as the primary boot system. This was all new to me, but after some tweaking and head banging (must use USB 3.0 boot drives) I got the systems booting and pulling down the Task Sequence. Then I have issues. Focusing on the Elitebook 840 G3’s right now I can’t seem to get the partitioning done correctly so that after applying the image and drivers the system boots to the “Windows Boot Manager” and tells me I need run the CD and do a Startup Repair. I have found a lot of information of BIOS partitions and UEFI partitions and tricks and tips, but nothing seems to work right now. So I guess my question is, can a BIOS - captured image be pushed down to a UEFI system? Also if that can be done, how should I partition my drives in TS to make it work? My current setup from research, Partitions: https://i.imgur.com/cCugFww.png Apply Image: https://i.imgur.com/RACIbrq.png I am very happy to post any more information that’s needed. Also may try building a brand new system on the G3 and capturing it with all the UEFI partitions, just hate to waste that time if I am just doing something wrong.
