heh heh.
Well at a software shop they'd hire you if you showed up in shorts and sandals
and an ugly shirt, but maybe not if you
came in cowboy boots and a big hat with a waxed mustache. Style matters even to
engineers and college profs and people
like me who refuse to acknowledge the fashion world at all. I guess refusing to
figure out the way a business process
works is a form of bad engineering to me. Which come to think of it makes me a
hypocrite or at least inconsistent, since
fashion is obviously a business with design rules like any other.
