RE: Subject

What I'm about to describe has been around for over 40 years, but it
will still get the job done.

Push button closes into an origional input.

The O/I eliminates contact bounce and locks on providing a stable input.

O/I fires into a "single shot" which provides a 15 ms output, then turns
off.

(Will not reset until push button is released).

15 ms output pulses latch relay which will turn it on or off as req'd,
based on last position.

Dress it up with idiot lights as required.

Basic circuitry utilizing resistors, capacitors, PNP transistors, spit,
baling wire and a few beers.

As I said, 3 wires keeps looking better and better.
