Bob, I think the best answer is yes. With a BIG caution. You MUST remove I.E. 7 and install I.E.6 BEFORE you install SP3. You can then download and install the XP version of I.E.7 and everything should be fine. I now have it all installed on this computer and it is working fine. SP3 provides a lot better security (along with the newer I. E. 7) and future updates may require SP3 to be installed first.
