I remember we worked on a pipeline proposal around that time. Also did a lot of work for Ontario Hydro Quebec Hydro plus around that time we were geting a lot of smaller municipal requests for various applications. There were a couple of other companies in Toronto with some pipeline experience. Tracan and NorthWest to name two I remember. We already had several pipeline companies including TransCanada Pipeline as clients.
